Just go through all the inputs for that object and make sure the values make sense to match that version of E+.  It looks like a field is missing or something.  Because it shows thickness at 998.2, which is more like a density value.

G-functions are not specific to a building, but specific to a borehole (field).  E+ contains a small dataset of g-functions (<E+ install dir>/DataSets/GLHERefData.idf) that you may be able to use that closely meets the needs of your building.  If you need something more specific, you'll have to figure out a way to generate a more specific g-function (http://www.hvac.okstate.edu/research/Documents/ASHRAE/Yavuzturk_Spitler_99.html).
