Actually the load on each AHU is different and other issue is when the load on any AHU is changes i can not control the outdoor air because it also connected to the other AHUs.
I already tried with duct with splitter and mixer but it create some problem. I think there may be a solution
with ducting splitter and mixer but i couldn't find out.

The simplest solution is probably to provide one heat recovery heat exchanger on each AHU. Each such HX should have the capacity and fan power of 1/3 of the actual HX.
I think it is possible to supply air from a single HX to three AHUs, but I have not done so.
