I already used Sketch up 8 instead 2013, it works for me now.

Do you know how to convert older idf version to newer one? the idf version updater did not work and seems require to download additional things

Files (x86)\Google\Google SketchUp 8\Plugins. If you want to use the
legacy plugin with 2013 try installing it to C:\Program Files
(x86)\SketchUp\SketchUp 2013\Plugins instead. We could change the
