[EnergyPlus_Support] concrete core activation

Dear all, 

I am modelling a 3 storey building with concrete core activation. Actually, I have done this in DesignBuilder and I make small changes in EnergyPlus. 

In DesignBuilder there is not a possibility to have a heated floor and a chilled ceiling at the same construction layer and functioning at different times.

Is it possible to do that in EnergyPlus? Hence, emebedied water pipes in a layer of the slab in which different water temperature flows according to the controls that the user sets; cold water in summer (or according to the thermostat) and hot water in winter in the same layer (water tubes)?
