All conditioned spaces require both heating and cooling systems to be modelled.

Dear all,
I have a warehouse project in which only offices (but not warehouse main storage) are cooled using DX units, but has all spaces (offices and main storage) heated using CAV AHUs converted to VAVs by only installing VSDs on their fans.
ASHRAE 90.1-2010/App.G/TableG3.1/Item 10/c and d don't state clearly whether modeling heating and/or cooling systems is applicable to designs where there is a cooling system that serves some spaces while others have no system serving them, in this case, should we model baseline system for the other part of the warehouse which has no cooling system defined?
