Where are you looking?  It looks like the EMS program is setting to 1 or 0.  However if you are reporting an averaged variable at other than "detailed" frequency, you will get non-integral results.

In my control program the open factor of windows (only 1 wind in this case) should be set to the value of 1 or 0. I don't know why but plotting the OF vs time I observe that in result viewer the OF assumes some value different from 1 or 0. I'm speaking about the OF of the window 1.

I don't understand why of this strange behaviour... the program seems to be clear and well written but there may be another mistake hidden somewhere in the code...
