In facilities without mechanical ventilation systems (which I doubt is legally acceptable in Canada...even a bathroom exhaust is mechanical), it is important to consider infiltration and window ventilation and strongly advised designed natural ventilation systems and devices.
In short, you can't model a box without these aspects and expect it to behave as in reallity.
In lab conditions, you must control these aspects. Our expert on the forum for PCMs is Jeremiah Crossett. Search all his posts out. PCMs are tricky to get just right.
