I don't think there is a problem in E+ algorithm for modeling DuPont panel as it exhibits wide melting range. I believe that there are some uncertainties in your test house that needs to be incorporated in your E+ model. If I were you, I would  validate the model at wall level rather than the house level unless the validated model is need for further analysis. Just to let you know that NREL has validated the E+ conduction finite difference (CondFD) solution algorithm for modeling PCM.

I'm at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec! I guess "Concordia" is not an original name for a university.
We have others in our research network using BioPCM as a thermal energy storage medium. We wanted to use another one and then to compare results. It was actually quite difficult to get the DuPont Energain panels due to the fire hazards you mentioned - we had to import them from the UK. Naturally, I'll keep you informed, and thanks again for you input, it's very much appreciated.
