[EnergyPlus_Support] Zone Hourly Cooling and Heating Loads

Hello,

I have a really basic question. Which Output:Variable gives me the hourly cooling (total, sensible, latent) and heating loads in each zone? Ideally I would like the loads to include everything (people, envelope, infiltration, lights, equipment etc.) Do I need to pull variables for each of them and add them up?

Correct me if I'm wrong but the 'Zone Air System Sensible Cooling Energy' seems to provide the energy by the system to the zones and will depend on min flow ratios etc. Is the 'Zone List Sensible Cooling/Heating Energy' the right one? It seems to be really low in my building. 

Should I run a purchased air system option to figure out the loads? To further complicate matters, I have a chilled beam system, I'm not sure if this matters. Any help you can provide on this would be very useful.
