You are autosizing the total capacity and volumetric air flow rate.
Where is this DX coil located.... in Zone equipment or in an air loop?
Multiple factors impact the required supply air flow rate and the required cooling capacity. In this instance, the ratio of autosized capacity to autosized flow rate is slightly outside of the recommended range, as noted in the warning message.
In your case, the autosized rated cooling capacity was reduced by 120 watts (3%) in order to meet the minimum expected ratio of rated air flow rate to rated capacity.
You might want to look at the Sizing:Zone objects in your project file .. increasing the Design Air Temperature by a small amount (or reducing the "Temperature Difference" by a small amount) may boost the autosized air flow rate slightly... which might removing the warning.
