Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] Concrete Block and Steel Panels Screen Walls

A window is thin and highly conductive.
A window can allow a certain amount of radiation to pass.
A window's emissivity can be manually set.
Venting, with or without AFN does not need a window. For AFN, I would set up the crack to reflect the airflow across the perforated metal screen at known pressure differencials. A blind or screen, is an interesting idea, I did not even consider it...these can be specified in some detail, but you can't have screen without the glass being present. E+ does not model open windows in that sense. The glass is always there from a radiation point of view.

Thank you, Jean!
I'll try an always opened window with a screen shading but I need to consider natural ventilation. Do you think that an always opened window with AFN setup will be correct? The proportion area of screen wall x closed wall is almost 90%...
Best regards, Monica
