I run your file and I get the same error EnergyPlus Terminated -- Fatal Error Detected. Plant loop still build up heat. The simulation stops at Environment=YEAR_SIMULATION, at Simulation time=01/08 13:40 - 13:44, while is set up to run till the 31st of January.

I keep thinking that the mismatch between supply and demand loops may be in the cause, but I have no clue about what to do to fix it.
