Here the result relative to the outdoor air flow rate during the summer season:

In the graph the air flow rate that I imposed in Controller:OutdoorAir, i.e. 3.024 m3/s, is never achieved.
In the .eso file during the winter season the outdoor air flow rate is even equal to 0.
What shall I check to solve the problem? What could limit the outdoor air flow rate?
