All great links for schedules generated I think back in the DOE2 days and converted to E+. They have been reviewed by experts over the years and are recommended. 

Also, Not sure if this will be helpful for you, but the attached was used on an existing building that renovated with bioPCM, LED lights, hot deck sprayfoam roof, BIPV, geothermal, passive house blower door numbers, efficient windows, ect.. The schedules for occupancy where customized in design builder and the architect, engineer, contractor, LEED reviewer, and home owner seemed to think it was reasonable. You could pull the schedules from it if you want to..

My recommendation is to use the loads and schedules for apartment buildings in the PNNL commercial prototype model set. They are not perfect, but they are a reasonable starting point.
