Thanks for all your contributions. 

Please, is it possible to answer the core technical question.. how to (LEGALLY for LEED) avoid counting unmet cooling hours when the space is heated only? (in DesignBuilder v4.1 or in IDFEditor, preferably in DBv4.1 please)
