[EnergyPlus_Support] unconditioned building simulation
Hallo,I'm trying to evaluate the contribution of a green roof to the energy
efficiency of an unconditioned building, compared to a standard pitched
roof.
I designed both buidling models (flat green roof and pitched clay tiles
roof) but running simulations, the mean air temperatures don't change.
It seems that the simulation results are not affected by the different envelopes.
Could you please explain me how to set simulation parameters to evaluate the passive performances of both envelopes?
Do I set an ideal thermostat?
Do I set an idea air system?
