[EnergyPlus_Support] negative surface area error

Hello,

I've designed a floor-to-ceiling window. I simply made the window slightly smaller than the wall surface, so that it can be contained by the surface. Then I run the simulation without errors.

When I assign a blind to the window, the following severe error appears every time.

** Severe  ** GetRectSubSurfaces: Surface Openings have too much area for base surface=SURFACE 4

 **   ~~~   ** Opening Surface creating error=Window_1

 ** Severe  ** GetSurfaceData: Zero or negative surface area[-0.54394], Surface=SURFACE 4

Any idea why this could be happening?
