ÂHi All,ÂIâ??m currently modelling health/research based building for LEED certification. This building uses a base-load VAV system but as there are many process loads present in such a building (e.g. microscope rooms, freezer rooms, glass washing, etc.) there are many spaces that will make use of supplemental cooling units (FCU/PAC units) to remove additional heat.ÂÂ1.     Does anyone have any experience with a similar situation?2.     Do we need to include the process loads and the systems that are installed to serve them?3.      What is the easiest way to model this situation using Energy Plus (two air-side systems in one zone)?ÂThanks,John Â--James V Dirkes II, PE, BEMP, LEED AP
