[EnergyPlus_Support] PTHP with economizer

I am trying to model a system 4  PTHP with economizer but DesignBuilder not allow me. 

The economizer need to have air loop, and in the case of PTHP not have. It is climate 3C,in table "G3.1.2.6A Climate Conditions under Which Economizers are Included for Baseline Systems 3 through 8" indicate must have an economizer.

There any way to insert it into EnergyPlus?
