For the AdultEducationCenter -- you mean the schedules are
aligned: SummerDesignDay - WeekDays and WinterDesignDay -
Weekends.
The idea behind aligning the schedules this way is that SummerDesignDay
should represent the general load on the HVAC systems (and produce the
most cooling) whereas WinterDesignDay should represent worst conditions
(no effects from people, lights, etc to help with the heating).
