Hello, 

Thanks for the useful information. I tried to reconstruct some weather files based on measured data. However, the converter does not recompute direct radiations based on horizontal radiation. I don't understand if I am doing something wrong or what data would be missing for that calculation. I join here reduced version of the CSV I am trying to convert to EPW. 

I'd be grateful for a bit of help: 

I enclose a copy of the report of the weather converter. He does miss the direct but not the horizontal. One line in my CSV looks like:
