I think your equation may be over simplified. PV glazing can be described in the same way as other glazing, and will have it't own spectral matrix describing which wave lengths are transmitted, absorbed and reflected and to which degrees. The glazing forms part of a window assembly with frame and inherrant thermal breaks. The total assembly has a so called SHGC which is a rating value to relatively show how much solar heat is gained relative to another window assembly. e+ can calculate some of the individual rating values, but the total for the assembly not.
