Hi Dear Carlos, Thanks for your respond to this question. But
where should we find a complete table download link including material colors
and their corresponding Thermal Absorptance, Solar Absorptance
and Visible Absorptance Please??
Thanks a lot
Rose
ÂDear Ivan,
This I think that answer is easy ...Those who want to know will it goes from 0 to 100 %, therefore you will fill with values between 0 and 1.In the same "class list" that you enter the data of the materials, in the last three lines are the fields to fill the values in emitância and absortância. The last line is the "thermal absorptance", usually with a value of 0.90 for paintings (regardless of color). The two previous ? "solar && visible absorptanceâ?? ? have a scale of values thaat accompanies the logic of lighter color, lower value, and dark color, greater value. For convenience, complete these two fields with the same values, ok?Another important issue: the layers exposed to solar radiation is that they should have these fields filled; for the remaining value may remain blank. The table B.2 of NBR15.220-part 3 presents some of these values for the main materials that we use, but you'll find other data in external sources of research institutes or even in international catalog of suppliers.

ÂA comparison of what? Energy consumption? Daylighting levels?ÂLook to the radiation parameters of the outer layer material of your construction. Different paints have different properties for different radiation wavelengths including the visual band. Don't let colour fool you.ÂMit freundlichen GrüÃ?en- Sent from my iPhone (excuse the brevity)i. A.Jean Maraisb.i.g. bechtoldTel.  +49 30 6706662-23

Hi!How you indicate the paintings on the envelope, in the simulation?I would like to make a comparison using dark and light inks, on external walls?ThanksTecg. Ivan Mezzacapa
