[EnergyPlus_Support] Radiant/Convective baseboard - Maximum iterations exceeded error

Dear all,

To model a hot water panel radiator I used the HVACTemplate:Zone:BaseboardHeat class, and added a radiation fraction of 0.3 (and the associated surfaces) to the ZONEHVAC:BASEBOARD:RADIANTCONVECTIVE:WATER object in the expanded input file.

However, as soon as I add the radiant fraction, I get multiple warnings as follows:

** Warning ** ControlCompOutput: Maximum iterations exceeded for ZoneHVAC:Baseboard:RadiantConvective:Water = THERMAL ZONE 1 BASEBOARD HEAT

   **   ~~~   ** ... Load met       = 63.13578 W.

   **   ~~~   ** ... Load requested = 89.73270 W.

   **   ~~~   ** ... Error          = 26.59691103 %.

   **   ~~~   ** ... Tolerance      = 0.10000000 %.

   **   ~~~   ** ... Error          = (Load met - Load requested) / MAXIMUM(Load requested, 100)

   **   ~~~   ** ... Actuated Node Mass Flow Rate =3.855145384E-003 kg/s

   **   ~~~   **  Environment=RUN PERIOD 1, at Simulation time=01/01 10:30 - 10:40

I also noticed that the annual value for 'Baseboard Total Heating Rate' does not equal the sum of 'Baseboard Convective Heating Rate' and 'Baseboard Radiant Heating Rate'.

I would appreciate it, if you comment on this.

Shall I size the system manually for such a case, or solely adding a radiant fraction in the expanded file is inconsistent with something else in the model?
