The attached model of a school, in the admin zone the DOAS is used and called from the VRF system.  You will need to remove the MaterialPropertyPhaseChangeDualCurve objects if you want to run the model or look at it in IDF editor.

Thanks for your reply.
 
The problem is that if I using "HVACTemplate:System:DedicatedOutdoorAir", it only has "Coil:Cooling:Water" or "Coil:Cooling:DX:TwoSpeed" option.
But in this model, I need to create outdoor air system which using VRF system.
 
Is it also possible to model VRF system with "HVACTemplate:System:DedicatedOutdoorAir" ?
