It does not make sense to use a VRF, which is inherently a multi-zone system, for DOAS because all of the benefit of VRF comes from refrigerant management among several zones.

Nonetheless, if that's what you have, VRF is essentially a heat pump for its cooling and heating functions.  Try modeling the DOAS as a heat pump with performance curves that match your VRF.

It is right that there are VRF indoor unit located in each zone to supply the cooling/heating air and the outdoor air is from a dedicated outdoor air system.

But the outdoor air is from another VRF indoor unit, not a general AHU. The outdoor air is directly supplied into each zone by a duct which connected to this indoor unit.

 

Do you have any idea to model this system?
