Just to clarify, in this case, where he's got radiant ceiling and PCM in walls, he should be able to select a different algorithm right? The problem is when you have both PCM and radiant in the same wall or ceiling?

Yes, but to have a radiant loop in the surface would require the same construction and thus algorithm selection.

Oh! I didn't mean on the same construction. Just that you can assign a different method to different constructions within the same simulation.

My experience is that once choosing Conduction Finite Difference on the surface or construction level that it overrides the Conduction Transfer Function choice.
