Think of the :Uncontrolled object as a grille that supplies  airflow to the zone it serves.  It's not "controlled" in the manner of a variable volume box, but the amount of airflow is a specific (i.e. controlled) value.

Thanks for your help. The AirTerminal:SingleDuct:Uncontrolled won't have any control on the amount of supplied air, it will provide the air depending the availability schedule, I am right?

Regarding ZoneCrossMixing, how can this be employed in this case. Looking at the InputandOuptputReference, how this will be employed with AHU and ducts?
