Control Type Schedule Name in ZoneControl:Thermostat should refer to a schedule with minimum and maximum limit as 0 and 4. If you have specified CLG-SETP-SCH as the Control Type Schedule Name that is why EnergyPlus is throwing thie error.

Look at the documentation for more information on ZoneControl:Thermostat. Also there are a number of input files which have ZoneControl:Thermostat that can be used as example.

I keep getting the following error when I added my thermostat to SPACE1-1 :
