[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Airflow network compared to ZoneInfiltration:Effective Leakage Area

Thank you for the response Jean.  It is my understanding that ZoneInfiltration:EffectiveLeakageArea is what is typically used for residential construction which is what I am working on.  This object does have inputs for a wind and stack(temperature) dependent infiltration components.

As far as the modeling goes this method and using the airflow network give me similar results for air humidity and temperature it is only when I compare the air change rate of the two methods that I see a very significant difference.

I was wondering the the air change rate output for the airflow network is really giving different info than I expect.  I would expect it to be in the ballpark of the zoneinfiltration air flow rate output.
