Of course. All the files I supply come in three formats - *.epw for use with EnergyPlus, *.binm for use with DOE-2 programs, and *.FIN4, a text format that can be easily imported to Excel for those wanting to look at the weather data. I also always provide either a *.DDY or a *.DDY2 design conditions file that's needed by EnergyPlus. The DDY is taken from the ASHRAE Handbook, the DDY2 is calculated from the available long-term data for that location.
