That sounds like a question for the DesignBuilder forum.

EnergyPlus also (if I remember correctly) calculates the film coefficients for summer or winter (or maybe both).

Certainly should be covered in the Output Details document.

For example, if i want to insert a U-Value 2.69, how i need to configure this in designbuilder for the same values in energyplus report?

You should note that EnergyPlus report two values for U, one with and on without film coefficients. These film coefficients are usually regulated by local standards and it is possible that EP and DB have not the same values.
