I am increasing my cooling set point by 3C using EMS, I can't understand why cooling setpoint is being considered 0 by E+ as indicated by the error message??

The heating setpoint (HtgSP) is greater than the cooling setpoint (ClgSP). For example, your HtgSP and ClgSP are 20 and 21 respectively (deadband = 1 C), then in your EMS you change to HtgSP = 22 --> error. You must also raise your ClgSP so that it is bigger than the HtgSP. The restriction prohibits sinultanious heating and cooling.

I am using EMS to raise zone temperatures. I  get the following error upon running the simulation. How can this error be removed.
