[EnergyPlus_Support] Active Cooling strategy for COP

Dear All,

I want to calculate whole year cooling load/energy with efficiency and COP (Coefficient Of Performance) of a space dimension (40m x 80m) with a active cooling strategy. I need the following information:

1. Which active specific cooling strategy will be effective for this large space? 

2. Is their any example idf file for EP simulation? 

I need some guideline for the simulation strategies and steps. Thank you and waiting for your kind response.
