[EnergyPlus_Support] Help in modelling perforated overhang & vetical perforated screen [4 Attachments]

Dear E+ group,

This mail in regards to modelling a perforated overhang and vertical perforated screen for a window, the idea here is that the perforation should change according to the change in percentages. I have tried to model the same by making rectangular slits with spacing in between; the slit sizes change according to the change in percentage; object used- Shading:Building:Detailed. It would be great if you can comment on the methodology. I have attached IDFs and images for your reference. Is there any other object in IDF that can be used to achieve the same?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Maaz Dixit
