I am calculating the "Zone Ideal Loads Supply Air Total Cooling Energy", which adds up to "District Cooling" in end uses.

by the way, a similar shading device (an overhang) on the south windows has the expected effect on the loads. it is the west facade that is problematic, for some reason......
