[EnergyPlus_Support] Primary Variable - Secondary Constant - Run Error

Dear All,

I am trying to model primary/secondary hot water pumping system with Primary Variable - secondary Constant. It gives me an error as  

** Severe  ** Plant temperatures are getting far too hot, check controls and relative loads and capacities

 **   ~~~   **  Environment=P&G GYONGYOS (01-01:31-12), at Simulation time=09/23 15:30 - 15:40

However, the following configuration works fine. 

Primary constant - Secondary Variable : Working fine

Primary variable - Secondary Variable : Working fine

I would appreciate if someone help me on this.
