Regarding the building materials and its physical props., I think I'm near-to-actual numbers.
Because, I know the common cross-section's of the building materials at residential buildings here, and its physical props. from our building energy code. Moreover, I asked the building owner. I changed almost all the defaults of the building materials and props. for the model at DesignBuilder.
Yes, the infiltration maybe not precise, but I used a previous journal paper research as a reference for my uncertain inputs.
After your description, now I understand about the energy components, and the reason of the verification process !
