Like Ned said, using the AFN is a good way to do this, but takes a bit of know how. On <http://www.designbuilder-big.com>www.designbuilder-big.com under Referenzprojekten  their is an example project of a daycare center. In the description is a link on human driven window ventilation. There is a section in this IBPSA paper where I described how you could set this up to match the infiltration rates from the blower door test.
