[EnergyPlus_Support] novice and beginner

Morning all,

I would like to start to understand what energyplus can do for me.

I am a plant manager (of some sort) and I am often asked to review chilled water plant design of minimum 5000RT. (more like centralised chilled water production).

here is where I need some help.

I would like to simulate the operation of some chillers.

What I have?

 I have the :

1. the daily load profile
   
2. the annual weather data (I think I have)
   
3. the chillers model and their performances curves

I would like to know the overall efficiency of the system. 

Eventually I will input pumps but that it the next step.

May someone help me to set one plant system up  (by giving me an example) and I should be able to built myself to be fully independent.
