Your comments reminded me of a funny incident from 15+ years ago when I was working to link EnergyPlus with the COMIS multi-zone air flow program. A colleague at LBNL was thrilled about this capability and thought all he had to do was to add AIRFLOW, COMIS to the IDF. You should have seen his disbelief when I explained that he still had to create an air-flow network for the building that's about as detailed as the thermal network , if you will, of the building...

No. EnergyPlus is an energy analysis program and has no CFD capabilities.
DesignBuilder makes CFD easier for you because it makes use of the geometry and other information that you've already entered - that's a nice advantage of the DB GUI. there may be a CFD package which can read E+ geometry, but I'm unaware of it.
