[EnergyPlus_Support] FanCoil Capacity Controls Issues

Hello EnergyPlus Users, 

I am modeling Four Pipe FanCoi unit on EnergyPLus for a small office consists of 5 zones for Houston climate. I tried 2 different type of 100% DOAS system coupled with fancoil units. 1- DOAS equipped with chilled and hot water system 2- DOAS with DX cooling coil and electric heating coil. I am trying to use different capacity control for fancoil included in EnergyPlus. There is an error telling  (Full load outlet air dry-bulb temperature < 2C. This indicates the possibility of coil frost/freeze) for each control type. Also, there are several other issues besides mentioned error as below.

1- control capacity= Variable Fan- Variable Flow, 

Recurring Error: Part-load ratio cooling control failed in fan coil unit (Name of Zone)

2-  control capacity= Variable Fan- Constant Flow, 

Recurring Error: Exceeded max iterations while adjusting cycling fan sensible runtime to meet the zone load within the cooling convergence tolerance

3- control capacity= ASHRAE 90 Variable Fan

Recurring Error: Cold Water control failed in fan coil unit (Name of Zone)

It would be great if you could share your experience and solutions with me.
