[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: [HUMIDITY] How to model pans and showers creating water vapour? [2 Attachments]





Hi Jean,

First of all, thank for your suggestion and the literature reference that you indicated! 
I am testing this parameter in a concrete cube, just to know if I am getting consistent results for humidity in the zone before to test in a complex model.
This zone is opaque, with no openings and air change rates. The equipments (pans and shower) are working during 8 hours. The output Zone Mean Air Humidity Ratio [kgWater/kgDryAir](Hourly) showed high values during this period, but the value drop significantly in the following hour, when the equipments were turn off.
And I didn't understand these results. If I have no openings why the humidity decrease in this way?
