Thanks for the answer.

I am not sure where you saw that I used constant values for Direct and Diffuse fluxes.

I did not, I used the Monteith model to generate Diffuse and Direct, I created a .csv file and I controlled direct and diffuse radiation inputs in EnergyPlus through actuators.
