Given that the return air stream may include pick-up from the lights, would not the return RH be slightly less than the average zone RH? It likely wouldn’t be significant.

I'd suggest that the modeler use:
- for a multiple zone system: SetpointManager:MultiZone:MinimumHumidity:Average
- for a single zone system: SetpointManager:SingleZone:Humidity:Minimum
"Officially", E+ is not measuring humidity at the return air node, but it's doing effectively the same thing by determining the zone return air humidity.

I am reviewing a LEED 2009 submission. The design sequence of operations calls for humidification to be controlled by measuring the return air stream RH. The modeler states that it is not possible for EnergyPlus
v9.0 to model this control strategy. Is this the case? I am used to IES where it is possible with a few clicks.
