[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Is it possible to model in EnergyPlus window ventilation triggered by the history of A/C operations the previous X number of days?

Hi, Joe.

Have you looked at the ZoneVentilation object, either ZoneVentilation:DesignFlowRate or ZoneVentilation:WindandStackOpenArea?

When combined with the AvailabilityManager:HybridVentilation, you can set temperature thresholds, both indoor and outdoor, when the windows will be open and HVAC off. It does look  backwards at the history of loads, but you should be able to set the temperature ranges to avoid overcooling via natural ventilation.
