When you define an airflow network, properties like the air change
rate are *emergent*, that is, they result from the interaction of the
flow drivers (wind, temperature, ventilation components) and the flow
limiters (resistance to flow in the different paths).

That means there isn't an "upper limit dial" you can use to
artificially enforce some maximum ACR the model predicts.

Instead, if your model predicts an unrealistically high airflow, you
should look to the model definition.  What flow elements are defined?
How are they parameterized?  What airflow drivers are they responding
to?
