Thank you for the information.  I will try what you are suggesting as soon
as I complete my base model.



Regarding that, my base model runs with no errors, and when I look at the
results, my electrical usage profile is very similar to what I graphed from
utility information that I have.  However, the gas usage is about 2X what
they have been using according to utility information.  The only usages for
gas that I have is water heating and space heating.  The water heating
contributes very little to the total.  Where in the reports can I see what
contribution each element of my envelope is having to the total?  I am
assuming that I may have a wall, roof, or window definition incorrect but I
do not see anything obvious on the inputs.



Thoughts anyone?

Aaron,



You will need to model it in the detailed mode, and use two models to
compare the savings rather than EEM or parametric runs.  You will need to
make sure the HW loop is set to operate at or below the Design-Cond-T
setting.  Normally there is a back up chiller that operates when there is
not a simultaneous heating and cooling load so you will need to create a
control scheme as well.  Some sample inputs are below
