[EnergyPlus_Support] COMIS/EnergyPlus Link

Dear everyone:

Does somebody have already tried to use COMIS in enregyplus.
I am confused by the parameters.
Although I checked the COMIS user's guide, 
the guidebook was not talking the detail.
for example,
what is the definition of surrunding builidng height?
or where can I have the simple file using COMIS.
