[EnergyPlus_Support] Constant Air Flow into rooms

Dear E+ user,

i want to get fresh (outside) air without any warming up into my rooms. I
want to bring this fresh air into the rooms using a fan and a splitter and
"direct air"- the exhaust flow of the rooms shall go via a mixer and a second fan
outside. I don't want to use any further coils or AC-systems. The module
shall keep quite simple. 

How can I tell the built system the air mass flow? I just want to say it
shall be constant for all the time (so it also shall be on during night and
weekends). The flow shall be 2 kg/s. 

I hope that anybody could help me. I looked up the examples but they don't
fit.
